Stop on account - no access to funds

Both my husband and I are Prestige clients. Our business account is also with Standard Bank. I am under debt review and all payments are up to date as per the repayment agreement. Last week a family member paid funds into my cheque account instead of my husband”s. This money is to pay transfer attorneys for a property my husband is buying (finance approved by standard bank ad well). The problem is that there is a stop on my account. I have tried since Thursday last week to access this funds but have been unsuccessful. I have been to the branch, spoken to the Prestige line, spoken to the debt review department and sent various emails but my account is still stopped. My husband is now risking losing the property as there has been a number of delays already. What do I do to get Standard Bank to release money which does not belong to them?
