Stop Loaded on account

On the 24th April 2015 i went to withdraw money at the Spar Atm in rosettenville and the amount i withdraw never came out of the atm machine and tried again the same happened, I went to southdale branch and spent almost half of the day in the bank of which i was assist and got my money , but unaware my card was suspended , i received an sms to inform me that the reversal was done of which the bank got their money back. The 18th May i went to the atm and got a slip that say ( the account you selected has been suspended , i called the customer care number and was told i need to go to any brnach and they will remove stop from my account . went to standard bank in potchefstroom branch and Cornelia Ooostenhuizen assisted me and couldn't remove the stop because there was no message on the system and tried called Diane Bhaga *** but no answer from her extension , I even tried myself during the day. My salary will be paid in and will be rejected because of the stop that standard bank was suppose to remove. Do i have to open another account with another bank or what ? <br> My account number is *** Mrs ED Pietersen , ***
