****** money

<p>I opened a 32 day notice deposit account I think in 2012. I never bothered using it and only deposited R500 but I have a statement from them from 2014 that show no banking fees whatsoever and the interest growing on it. I get a sms today saying I'm in a negative balance and if I don't pay it will affect my credit balance. EXCUSE ME???? Where the hell is my money that was in there?!!!! Standard bank is ***** and have ****** it. I phoned through to your call centre and they take forever to answer and are unhelpful. No wonder I never went back there. Poor service from a **** *****ed thieving bank. I hope whoever reads this takes note and never goes through Standard Bank in their lives.</p>
