****** card and money

I was at the standard bank atm at Engen garage in Bayview, Chatsworth and the person before me came back to take the receipt he had left behind. He however managed to take my cheque card without me knowing. When I then tried to use the atm it was jammed. I pressed cancel and then realised the card was not there. When I turned around this person was gone as well as the Black man behind me. The person behind me watched to see my pin number. They were working together. They went to the next atm and got access to my credit card using my cheque card. The cards were linked. Although I called to stop my cards I was too late. They had taken R5000 out of my credit card.STANDARD BANK ONLY WANTS TO PAY HALF MY MONEY BACK TO ME! I told them I am not accepting that and that they must do a review of the investigation
