STOLE MY MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT

To whom it may concern. I suggest you discipline Mr Truman Zitha, from your Simmonds street, johannesburg branch, as he ********ly took money from my account. I had a subscription for Norton. that i have been trying my utmost to cancel since 2013. They took money from my account in December 2014. I emailed them. Told them they had no right to do that, and they must refund me immediately, and i immediately took all of my details off their website. and i got Standard bank to reverse the transaction. which they did. Now this person, Mr Truman Zitha, comes and says he has paperwork that its a lawful transaction and even after i told him he has no right to take the money - that i have been trying to cancel this transaction for almost a year now - and i was finally able to cancel it in January as I HAVE NOT HAD THIS SERVICE SINCE MARCH 2013 - and i send him the email confirmation that it was cancelled and that i had emailed them and told them to refund me as that money does not belong them. And even after telling him there is no ****ing money in my account - he takes the R659.99 - leaving me with R200 for the rest of the month to put petrol in my car and put food on my family's table.
