Stinking service

The service is extremely poor, the staff dont acknowledge you. The lady at the front desk doesnt wear a name badge and neither do the tellers. You cant identify the staff as they are all wearing casul clothes. I will never reccomend this bank to anyone ; you should change your name from standard bank to average bank. No order in the sandton city branch; ridiculous you will spend more than 1 hour for a simple transactions where Nedbank will help you in 15 mins The staff show no passion from the manager to the grassroot staff im appaled , terrible service they make you wait more than 1 hour.
