still waiting- Home insur & quotes for hail damage

hail storm 9 Jan 2016 ---- Friday 15th one supplier came and only assessed roofing of verandah. Two other areas still need to be assessed. I have called again and again to ask when someone else is coming to assess car port and roof damage in area of house above built-in cupboard. then i called again Mond 25th to say the 1st Std bank approved assessor needs to be changed bc of no further response. I have still not heard from anyone yet Std Bank home insurers. !!!!!! -- today is 28 Jan and i need to clear the car port as the unit is still in its broken state waiting for assessment!!.i was assured it will be assigned someone.<br> <br> while at my previous company i recall a co worker having endless problems trying to get Std Bank home insurance to rectify a problem he had a claim for. MONTHS of calls to try rectify it!
