Still waiting for standard bank

Hi there

I am still waiting for someone to call me from standard bank as someone responded saying my matter was urgent but no one called me.

I also initiative to phone standard bank insurance and the gave me lots of documents to fill up, so now the challenge is my company is worried to fill up a document called “ disability form” my company is asking why can’t they give me a “temporary unable to work”?

The sad part is after I got a car accident on the 07/07/19 as soon as I gained strength i emailed standard bank on the 10/07/19 to notify them about my car accident and telling them I’m going to have financial challenges and no one bothered to call me and help me find/ send me all this documents. Three months late when I call them they give me disability claim forms. I also went the nearest bank but I didn’t get helped,

I want to know from standard bank how do they make us have all this insurance on our loans but when it has to help us we must apply and fill so many requirements? I filled up forms, my doctor filled up so now my employer says they won’t be able to fill a form that says “disability form” because I’m not disable but because of the injuries sustained I am temporarily unable to perform my work. I’ve been ON and OFF work since I returned to work on the 25/09/19.

Hellopeter what do I do next to get helpe? I am considering moving my salary to another bank.
