Still waiting for Settlement confirmation & letter
I paid R12648.53 on 02.12.2014 to settle my credit card and was later told that I needed to pay a further +/- R260 to totally settle it, which I did on 20.01.2015. I call the call centre on the 21st of Jan to have it closed and the consultant I spoke to promised to send me the confirmation of settlement and we're in February and I'm still waiting.<br> <br> Not a grand service at all.<br> <br> Am not impressed.<br> <br> MM
