Still waiting for my vehicle to be fixed!!!

My vehicle was highjacked on the 27th September 2015, retrieved on the 10th October 2015 and I viewed the car with the assesor on the 12th October 2015. On the 13th October the car was taken to the panel beaters. After numerous phone calls and visists to the various branches authorisation was only given to the panel beaters on the 3rd November 2015 by Amith Rambrosa who was in charge of my claim. They had sent the car to a panel beaters in East Londen, knowing that iI reside in the Nelson Mandela Metropole where there are many reputable panel beaters. I have had to literally fight to get new tyres, service book, locks to the car, licence disc etc. I have been dealing with various consultants and sadly no one is able to see to my needs. Last week the car was towed to me 20:45 and upon receipt of the vehicle I noticed that there was no disc on the car, and no service book, there was only one new key and my old key but according to them the locks had been changed! Therefore I did not accept the vehicle and am still waiting for them, to get back to me after numerous phone calls to the claims department who just put me on hold-***<br> I have been a client for over 20years
