STILL WAITING FOR MY BANK STATEMENTS

I went into the branch on Saturday 27th January, 2018 requesting for my bank statements which I urgently needed from 2016, however I was told that they needed to "order" the statements which would be emailed through to me by the 30th January, after explaining to the consultant it is urgent as I require it for a court matter. 31st January I called into the customer care line only to wait on the phone for 15 minutes the consultant never came back, I then hung up and called again, this time the consultant on the other end said the request was received HOWEVER the person dealing with my request has not gotten down to sending it to me via email. She then kindly emailed this careless soul who clearly gets paid for nothing at STD, to urgently forward me those bank statements. I then got another reference ********** 0056 she said she will include me on the email however I never received the email. I will wait and see if anything comes about this, I am required to have this information by latest 1st Feb as I appear in court on Friday 2nd February. If anybody cares please get back to me. I ALSO DO NOT WANT TO PAY R54.00 on each month that I requested, DO NOT charge me this amount as I do pay absorbent bank charges, interest etc already.
