Still waiting for debt review to call me and make the arrangements on all my accounts

Can someone please tell me what to do now, with debt review department, I have sent alot of emails no one is responding to my email about the arrrengment now, I received a call from early stage saying that my account is in arrears by 4 months

So this means that all my accounts are in arrears and no one is bothering to call me and advise what needs to happen

I have sent the 17.W form but after that no one has called to confirm if they have received the information and what is the next step
