Still waiting for a savings account

I app**** for a savings account on cellphone banking and was called back by a girl called Ayanda who did the application for a 7 day notice account. She even said she Will link it with my other accounts. And send me the agreement via email. It's 7 days and nothing. Means she **** and it was from a standard bank number because I have a true caller app and it shows the name of the company. Lies and misleading
