Still waiting for a return payment to be done

In the beginning of Augustus I went to Standard Bank in our town to do a return on a payment that went trough twice by mistake. I was told that the payment will be returned on the 28th, it's a month ago and the 5th of the next month, and I'm still waiting.

This is really bad response, I made an online payment which went trough twice, I asked to do a return on the second payment......
