Still waiting after 4 months

It's more than four months since we app**** for historic banking statement from 01 January 2014 to 31 March 2014. About two weeks back we made a complaint on Hellopeter and Clint Peterson contacted us. We confirmed everything and he said he has sent the statements to Sibongile at Tembisa Plaza branch.<br> Guess what? We go to Sibongile and she tells us all she received was a note that the account was not opened on 01 January 2014. Unfortunately we can't get the statements due to the fact the account was opened around the 15th of January 2014.<br> Why did Clint say he sent the statement to Sibongile when he hasn't? Secondly what difference does it make when the account was opened? All we wanted were statements between 01 January and 31March 2014. Logically they could've sent us statements from when the account was opened to 31 March 2014. Instead they make us fools and promise the statements were sent and then only to be told no, your dates are wrong.<br> Any straight thinking person would've sent statements from when the account was opened to when we wanted which was 31 March 2014. It doesn't matter when the account was opened.<br> We're now going to 4 months of waiting and counting.
