Still waiting.....

About a month ago, I’ve requested for a refund of my home loan debit order as my employer pays directly via stop order. After a series of unpleasant visits to the very unhelpful Eldorado park branch and even having to go fax documents at an internet café, because their fax machine was out of order. I went to Trade Route mall branch and was promptly assisted by Phindile – she resent the request for refund and cancelation of debit order, together with all the documents they requested to ********** Despite several follow ups, after my initial request on 27 March, I am still awaiting feedback and my refund. With month end looming, I won’t be surprised if yet another debit order runs on my account. I’m a fairly new client and I must admit that I am appalled by the level of service received for such a small matter!
