Still Stranded at Standard Bank

Cannot believe that I am still running around the same mountain with more issues since November 2020. Standard Bank is not the standard. I am still trying to figure out why I am still with Standard Bank after being left stranded on multiple occasions. Complaints Resolution does not help as well and rather refers things back to the branch where more terrible service and mess ups occur.

Firstly my account was suppose to be placed back to Elite which was done with fees etc. in November 2020. My Bond was having issues in terms of the Lawyer getting incorrect details from the Bank which I have updated on multiple occasions. Also calling the call centre it is clear that my incorrect details is still up on the system after visiting Standard Bank Clearwater Branch.

To add to the matter in January my card was declined and later told I needed to collect my Prestige/Titanium Cards to get access to my accounts. Borrowed money, was inconvenienced etc. no compensation, no cards being delivered to me, just additional inconvenience. Also to add unto everything my Loan is now being debited off the wrong account and found that out when I was declined one again. Well done Standard Bank.

To add to the frustration my account still reflects as Prestige on my side, my Home Loan documents had to be signed 3 times by allocated attorney which I will not recommend at all. Fees that are charged are still not reversed. No word from the person allocated as my personal banker or customer complaints resolutions.
