Still paying old interest rates on my vehicle despite a 1 data base reduction!!!

The interest rate was dropped by 1 data base, but yet they did not decrease my vehicle installment this month. Why should I still be paying on the old interest rate? My ABSA Homeloan installment was reduced!! I don't have a fixed interest rate on my vehicle finance.
