Still not satisfied

How do I provide proof for my transportation cos, when I use a taxi? And no one has contacted me to give me feedback on the atm that are still not properly working. Dobsonville ATM are terrible and the staff is even worse. The courtesy or liberty to address the frustrated customers standing in the long queue. They just stay inside the branch and do not care about us. I want all my cost. The commuting is costly.
