Still not resolved, SBFC / Homeloans / Insurance

I got a call for a SBFC adviser to come and see me to evaluate the life assurance part of my home loan. Please note that i did not approach him, but the PA for the adviser contacted me. after numerous attempts, this particular SBFC never showed up for the meeting, and subsequently never bothered to arrange another appointment. After leaving a complaint on Hellopeter and a post on Facebook, the last communication i got from a customer care (?) represenstive was along the lines of 'I spoke to the adviser that never pitched, and he says you must go to a Standard Bank branch\.
