STILL NOT RESOLVED AFTER 4 COMPLAINTS

I am really having a difficulty with the amendments department, I am staff and you keep charging me normal rates and refund me every month, <br> <br> Please send me the name of the head in that department so that I can escalate. I was charged incorrect amounts for the 4th time. It's tiring. I think you are going to contribute to me leaving this bank.
