Still not ASSISTED, Not even a response!

I logged a complaint with Std Bank on the 15th July, but only received a copy and paste acknowledgement and no assistance. And you want us to take you seriously???

No Assistance to the elderly during the pandemic!!!!!!! I have been trying to get assistance for my 89 year old mom from Std Bank, but no one is willing to help. During this time, they expect her to go to the branch. No one can assist and deliver her card that will expire at the end of the month!!!!!! Went on to Social media, but no assistance!!!
