STILL NO STUDENT LOAN

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!! Worst part, NO ONE even came back to me about my complaint! So here it is again! Thanks to Standard Bank Brooklyn mall, my student loan is not paid yet, my account was due on the 30 April, the discount on the account due is also gone now, which would have been paid if they were not to lazy to look PROPERLY for my documents which was sent from Standard Bank Thabazimbi, which were with them for 2 days or more, if I didn't follow up each time I would still be waiting for them to phone me!<br> I'm still waiting for the money to be paid, it has been more than two weeks now! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? The loan was approved!! What is wrong with student loan department?
