Still no response

I posted a report on Tuesday the 22.09.15 but Standard Bank has yet again not even bothered to respond or contact me , this is becoming utterly ridiculous.<br> My various service request numbers are :<br> ***<br> *** <br> ***<br> <br> This is not a recent problem and has been ongoing literally for over a year, all of the people who were handling my requests don't even bother to respond and i am just passed on from person to person.
