STILL NO RESPONSE

I submitted a report on the 20th February about the terrible service I received. They rep**** to say someone will be in contact and I still haven't received as much as an sms!!!!! I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life!! They just respond on here to make it seem they are doing something when in actual fact they dont give a damn
