Still no resolution

My previous complaint has still not been resolved regarding the home loan issue which was logged on 29 April. I was contacted by a Home loans Resolution consultant who has assured us that this has been resolved. She sent me an email \I will be closing the complaint from my side. I would appreciate it if you went back to the Hello Peter site and update that the matter had been addressed. "It should have been finalised within 3 working days from which would have been 26 May"
