Still no reply

I logged a complaint, last week, i still have not received a reply.<br> Card transactions are taking 3 days to get deducted from my account.<br> This has cos me R 130.00 i want a refund.<br> <br> This is utterly disgusting service.<br> I think it best i move my account to FNB.
