Still no refund in my account

As per my previous report on hello Peter dated 31.08.2015 i still have not received any money back from Standard bank that they wrongly took of on the 26th . I received an email after my complaint from Nkululeko Sithole that promised my money will be back in my account on the 4th, well its the 14th now and i still dont have any money back. I have made about 10 calls and every time i get a different story and promises. I dont know what to do with these guys anymore as it is beyond a joke. Their customer service is laugable at best and would never recommend them as a financial institution.
