Still no joy returning my money

I logged an issue on this site more than a week ago after no joy trying to get incorrect debit returned and trying to locate surplus funds paid toward home loan settlement and received response from Olla Letsoalo and Hlophe Nombuso saying bank was trying to trace the money but no resolution still and no response from either of them since further attempts yesterday morning.<br> <br> Money doesn't seem to be safe with Standard bank and service doesn't seem to exist.
