Still no assistance from Standard bank

Another week has passed with no feedback from Standard Bank. I've been trying since 30 March to arrange assistance on my overdraft, credit card and vehicle finance accounts. I'm getting sms to inform Me that my account is overdue. I don't have an income and there is nothing I can do. I contacted the bank telephinically, via Facebook, per email, via hello Peter... For assistance to try and protect my credit worthyness. Don't understand what I must do anymore. It's amazing how the bank approved a R40000 overdraft and credit card with a R60000 limit but can't assist me now. I have credit life on all my products but can't claim anything.
