Still having to pay for paid up accounts

Unfortunately I had to rate one star otherwise I could not do a review...

I had a Credit Card and a Personal Loan with Standard bank of which when I received my lumpsum payout in 2010 both these accounts were settled and I still went into Lydenburg branch to contact the necessary departments to confirm this.

I am now being "hunted" down for still owing Standard Bank money on both these accounts.

I have exhausted all options short of contacting the NCR to have this matter resolved, to date I have failed to achieve satisfaction as according to Standard Bank, I need to provide proof that these accounts were settled which I no longer have access to.

I even requested Standard Bank to provide me with a bank statement but refuses to provide me with a statement unless I pay for these statements = "Excellent service".

It is now 2018 - 8 years later - and I'm still being "hunted".

I need this matter resolved as this is reflecting very poorly on my credit score.

Thank you Mr Clint Petersen. Hopefully this matter can be resolved once and for all as its easy to post comments here but then there is no actual resolution to my problem hence why I am sent from pillar to post

As usual, now told to communicate with the attorneys who the debt was sold to. So yet again being sent around in circles.
