06 Jan 2026, 08:02Standard bank sent people to take my car last year December saying it belongs to them. I bought the car from a private buyer and have all the relevant paper work' on my findings the car owes 21k from the person that had a agreement with Standard bank which I never met. Its January and haven't heard nothing back from Standard bank neither a reference for this matter. I just want to know how we can sort this 21k issue out and I can get my car back as I am a victim of being ****med and now bulled. I have all the relevant paper work' so now I'm asking for help as I'm in need of the car I paid for and is in my name, next week the school is opening I need to take my child to school. December my car wasn't with me, your sharrif confiscated it from my sister in Pretoria. Do I need to go to The Ombits man? The media? And to maybe even Devi as I need to be assisted. I mean can't we talk around the 21k a certain Mr Botha owes you'll ' mind you the amount I spend on the car besides what I paid for it. I feel as if someone is dragging their feet and doesn't really car or it doesn't matter what I'm going through, owing a car for more than 7months' thats on your name , than on the 13th of December 2025 it gets confiscated and your are told it belongs to Standard bank while you have the original papers of the car in your hand! May God help us
