Still Forcing Direct Debit 3 months after consolidated in full.

I had vehicle finance with SB that was consolidated by FNB on the 18th of Feb 2023. SB has since continued to debit my account each month, regardless that FNB has reversed the payments. I forwarded the debt consolidation letter I received from FNB to Standard Bank and this was apparently not good enough for them, regardless that FNB paid off the entire loan amount in full.

This is absolutely unacceptable that a bank can just continue to forcefully debit an account when they have already received the amount in full nearly 3 months ago, regardless that they have been contacted AND informed, AND given the consolidation letter from FNB.

Can someone at SB for the love of God, contact FNB and sort this out, this is not how debt consolidation is supposed to work. I don't care if it is FNB or SB fault here but it certainly is NOT MINE and should not mean that I have to struggle every single month to reverse this effing amount. Someone at SB needs to stop this debit order permanently as at this point it is basically just scheduled theft.

I have gone into the bank and verified myself, when I phoned SB again to continue the conversation, they asked me what the name of the person is that verified me. Something that was not told to me at the bank when I did this. Now they are asking me to go back to the bank to get the name of the employee (are you actually joking SB ?) . I need someone to contact me immediately to resolve this as it is now 4 months and running back and forth with absolutely nothing changing.
