Still don't have my money since the Machine Jammed

I have deposited my Money on the 22nd of January and the ATM Jammed with my money , the service request has been logged and due was 29 Jan now is the 13 February and the incident is still in progress. Not sure who is not doing his/her Job. I logged a complain and escalated the issue all I am getting is a e-mail from Megan every second day that says the matter is still being investigated until when? God knows. I just want my Money that all.
