Still deducting policy money 5 months after death

For 5 and a half months we have been struggling with Standard bank with the payout of my mother-in-law funeral policy who died on 09-09-2020. We have received no payout for this policy and the bank is still deducting the policies money from her account I have been there multiple times to have this stopped but still the money is deducted.
