Still being charged Cash finance charge

On the 7th of May 2016, I transfered R10000.00 from my credit card to my cheque account and withdrew the money. I knew that there was going to be a cash finance charge because of the transfer from my credit card to my cheque account, which was charged with an amount of R279.95 on the 28th of May 2016. I recently just checked my statement on my credit card and once again a cash finance fee has been charged with an amount of R329.35 on the 28th of June 2016. I pay my credit card monthly, no later than the 1st of the month with an amount of R2900, knowing that the minimum due is only around R900. Why would you have a finance fee and a cash finance fee. Is Standard bank trying to rip their customers off.
