still be harassed by loans department

3 weeks later and I am still being harassed on a daily bases to pay my loan account which I do not have. I have explained to everyone at standard bank via every channel I can think of that I do not have a loan account. The messages are for someone called Bongani Vilakazi. Every time I am told that my number has been removed but yet I am still harassed on a daily basis to pay this loan account.
