Still bad service from STANDARD BANK

I can't say anything good even after I complained about standard bank they rep**** that they will look into the matter urgently but no one ever come back to me after that me and my family are still struggling with the bank my trust in the bank is gone we will take our investments to somewhere else if we don't here from standard Bank in the coming week
