Still awaiting the promised call
Last week Saturday I called your sales line to open a cheque account. The lady who answered of which I can't recall her name told me she cannot help me I need to go into a branch. I asked her why than does Standard Bank offer that facility on the website to call in to open an account and she gave some lame excuse. She than said she will send an email to Standard Bank Fordsburg to assist further and they will call me on Monday to open the account. It is now Thursday and I am still awaiting a call. How can one open an account online with Standard Bank
