Still awaiting resolution and update

Why do I have to resort to social media each time. I am still awaiting on update with regards to a chargeback requests on my credit card. Standard bank does not reply to messages and don't even try calling them you hold on the line for ages. What's the status of my charge back request and when is this going to be resolved.
