Still awaiting a response

I have my insurance with Standard Bank's insurance division. With me being with them I have despised making contact with them since my 1 claim which took months to settle.<br> <br> That said, I have phoned to cancel my policy, with the call center staff assuring me a confirmation email regarding the closing of my policy. I have not received a thing. I also emailed to the general information email address to seek help without any response either.<br> <br> Can someone please help me solve this to confirm that my insurance policy is cancelled.
