Still awaiting a paid up letter

My cheque account was handed over to the attorneys, requested a settlement letter whereby same was given with a discount, account was settled on 01/09/2015, POP was sent to MBD and when I call they still telling me that it is not reflecting, called Standard bank I sent them the letter and POP as well but they haven't done anything about that, when you call them they will tell you it is in process from September, All I want is my paid up letter then I do not want to have anything with Standard bank, I had a loan and also struggled to get a paid up letter until my complaint on Hello peter, . is this how Standard bank operates, attending to client's queries only on Hello peter, I am disgusted about their service.
