Still Awaiting a call

<p>Good Day,</p> <p>Tried to use the website to log a claim and it timeout. I then called Standard bank insurance and spoke to a Lady who took down all my details and told me that I would reeive and sms and to date I did not receive this and it has been over a month now.</p> <p>Can someone please help.</p>
