still await credit card statements as requested

I went to Standard Bank on 2 February 2019 to change my debit order date and email address on my credit card account for my statements as I changed employment.

I have first struggled with the debit order date and through hellopeter it was resolved

Now I am still not receiving my credit card statements.

Can I please get my credit card bank statements
