Still at Credit Bureau after being promised to be removed

I have paid my account in 2016 and in April 2017 i was handed over to Credit Bureau and my information was sent to MBD attorney's for collections. In September that issue was resolved and was promised that my name will be cleared from Credit Bureau only to find that Std Bank didnt do what they have promised to do. I was unable to open an account and was told of this otherwise i was not going to found out. Nkululeko Sithole was the consultant who even sent me a paid up letter on the 26 September and made all promises.
