Steve from the FNB ads are definitely from Standard Bank.

<p>I have had nothing but terrible experiences from Standard Bank over the last couple of years. Everytime I threaten to close my account and walk away but everytime I give them another chance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well enough is enough, today I requested statements for a few years ago and their current charge per month is R52 per statement, note this is a digital document and not a physical statement, meaning the costs incurred to produce this is minmal.</p> <p> </p> <p>Standard Bank is ****** and this is clearly ****************. I will be shutting my account down and not looking back, I have been with them for five years and I can tell you it is the biggest business mistake that I could have made.</p> <p> </p> <p>A bank that wants to charge you R1500 for an email must be off their minds. Once again, HUGELY dissappointed in the incompetant ********* who call themselves Standard Bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>Seems like FNB were not really far off with their STEVE ads.</p>
