Steered into taking a credit card but not told about hidden costs like cash handling fee ... ****************

I had my credit card for a few months now and I find that on my statement I see a cash handling fee of more than R1000 to R1500 per month, i fell that this is ****************, I have never withdrawn from an atm yet I am paying a cash handling fee, this account was suppose to be 55 days interest free but we are getting mislead and when we call the call center we are given information about withdrawing yet I am not withdrawing from my credit card , please I need assistance I am a titanium card holder and will go to such an extent to close this account due to this ********* practice, when I took the credit card out none notified me about some cash handling fee, I have credit cards with other banks and I do not find any issues with these banks there is no such thing as cash handling fee with other banks.
