Steer clear of standard bank

This bank is pathetic and the insurance department even worse. I have logged a claim for storm damage as our whole house was flooded in the beginning of December. The assessor Anton Botha does not get back to us. There has been a dozen contractors doing measurements for the same things over and over again but nothing happens. This is absolutely pathetic. Moving our home loan to a more capable bank seems like the only outcome
