*****ing, Thieving, *********** Customer advice.

Standard Bank merchant services has been Charging me for 2 Machines which I never even had, for 10 years. Everytime I contact someone to enquire what this charge is, I get told that it is an admin fee. Recently I wanted to close my account with them, because of the so called admin fee, which no one else charges, It came to light that they were charging me for these machines. A case was logged, and after about 2 weeks I was refunded for only one year. Their excuse according to their legal team, was that I couldn't prove that I queried this fee. So a long story short Standard bank charged me over the years about R80000 for machines that I never even had in my possession. And just because I cannot prove that I queried this fee, they can just take my money that they received every month for years, and never received the service or machine for, and I have no say about it. So even they knowingly charged me this money, and know that I never had these machines, I can not get refunded because they have a legal team that would rather ***** hard working people out of their money due to a technicality, and poor service from their customer service, who told me this was a admin fee in the first place. This is blatant *****ing.
