*****ing my money

They are a bunch of *****s , they have upgraded me without any knowledge in April. To a bigger account now instead of paying R100 a month they have me paying R350 a month for some reason and they do not help us and it's all the Team leaders problem.... They don’t phone back - F### this I am moving over to FNB in this week as they are a bunch of *********** idiots at standard bank.
